近年来,由于甘蔗育种理论的发展及技术的完善,新的品种与远缘杂种不断出现,提出了诸如亲本选配、远缘杂种鉴定、亲缘关系分析等亟待解决的问题。对此,经典的甘蔗细胞学技术已无能为力。从解决这些问题的愿望出发,我们对甘蔗属常见的几个种进行了染色体分带试验,就当前植物染色体分带中使用较多的F-BSG法对甘蔗染色体分带条件作初步探讨,并对这种技术的应用前景作简要讨论。
In recent years, due to the development of sugarcane breeding theory and the improvement of technology, new breeds and distant hybrids continue to emerge, and some problems to be solved, such as parent matching, distant hybrid identification and kinship analysis, are put forward. In this regard, the classic sugarcane cytology has been powerless. Starting from the desire to solve these problems, we carried out a chromosome banding test on several common species of sugarcane, and discussed the zonation of sugarcane chromosomes by using more F-BSG method in the present plant chromosome banding A brief discussion of the application of this technology.
