A Change of Three In July 1884, a small boat floated uncontrollably on the surface of the sea, nearly 1,000 miles off the coast. The ship half crooked half lying four gaunt people. One by one, their lips were chapped and feeble, after all they had not eaten anything for a few days, and they could not last long if there was no more supply.
