精索静脉曲张与男性不育的关系尚有分岐。多数学者认为精索静脉曲张可导致阴囊温度升高及精液质量低劣,少数学者对上述论点表示怀疑。现对此做进一步研究。随机选择已婚不育男性55例,有生育力者17例。参加者节欲三天后手淫取精,每人留取精液标本三次,隔三天一次。将精液标本置于98.6°F温度下液化。然后对精液量、精子密度和动力进行观察。精子活力依据其运动的速度1“+”(动力弱)到4“+”(动力强)进行分级。采用涂片染色法由同一检验者对精液标本中的200～300个精于形态
