Q: You started from the Party Committee of CPC Tieling Municipal Committee and the Organization Minister to the Municipal Political Consultative Conference from March 1994 onwards. You served successively as Deputy Party Secretary, Executive Vice Chairman, Party Secretary and Chairman of the CPPCC. How do I work creatively? A: I was elected vice chairman of the Municipal Committee of CPPCC at the first meeting of the 3rd CPPCC Municipal Committee on March 23, 1994. On October 25, 1994, after Chen Tianmin, deputy secretary of Municipal Party Committee and chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, went to work for the provincial authorities, I started to preside over the daily work of the CPPCC. February 12, 1995 municipal administration
