就业能力提升为导向的教学方针旨在提高学生的就业竞争力,增强人才培养综合质量,对职业教育教学工作有效开展具有积极作用。通过调查分析,指出职业教育人才培养的不足,并结合实际需要,发挥以就业能力提升为导向的指导作用,从学生、高校、企业、政府四个方面入手,提出人才培养馍式的改进和完善对策,希望能为教学和人才培养提供启示与借鉴。
The teaching guideline of improving employability aims at improving the employment competitiveness of students and enhancing the overall quality of personnel training, which plays an active role in the effective development of vocational education and teaching work. Through the investigation and analysis, it pointed out the shortage of talent cultivation in vocational education and combined with practical needs, gave play to the guiding role of upgrading employment ability.
