中国的民主管理搞了许多年了,然而不少企业把它当作了一个口号,当作了宣传工具,难以落到实处。日本企业同样推行一种类似于“民主管理”的自主管理模式,取得了成功,它在引入中国宝钢之后同样带来巨大经济效益。那么日本人是如何做的呢?
China’s democratic management has been going on for many years. However, many companies regard it as a slogan and use it as a propaganda tool, which is difficult to implement. Japanese companies also implemented an autonomous management model similar to “democratic management” and achieved success. It also brought huge economic benefits after the introduction of China’s Baosteel. So how does the Japanese do it?
