地下空间合理开发项目的综合评价与论证是进行地下空间开发利用和实施方案优化比较的依据,由于地下空间的开发利用涉及经济代价、社会、环境、战备、技术水平等多方面的因素,存在诸多方案的比较选择问题。本文试图利用层次分析法对城市地下空间的合理开发项目评定进行探讨。在分析计算中首先简述了层次分析法的基本步骤,其次建立了城市地下空间综合评定层次结构图,最后按评价值确定最优方案。
The comprehensive evaluation and demonstration of rational development of underground space is the basis for the comparison and optimization of underground space development and utilization and implementation plans. Because the development and utilization of underground space involves many factors such as economic costs, social, environmental, operational readiness, and technical level, there are many The program’s comparative selection problem. This paper attempts to use the analytic hierarchy process to discuss the evaluation of reasonable development projects for urban underground space. In the analysis and calculation, firstly, the basic steps of the AHP are briefly described. Then, a hierarchical structure chart of comprehensive evaluation of urban underground space is established. Finally, the optimal solution is determined according to the evaluation value.
