四、土方作业安全常识 土方作业是基础施工的重要内容,是指通过人工或机械施工挖出基抗或基槽及土方回填的过程。 1.预防土方坍塌事故的安全规定 (1)施工人员必须按安全技术交底要求进行挖掘作业。 (2)土方开挖前必须作好降(排)水。 (3)挖土应从上而下逐层挖掘,严禁掏挖。 (4)坑(槽)沟必须设置人员上下坡道或爬梯,严禁在坑壁上掏坑攀登上下。
