采用补偿垫片来满足产品的一些技术要求是航空仪表、电器、电机中普遍采用的方法。笔者分析了目前实际生产中,采用此法存在的问题,即由于补偿垫片数目较多时,造成垫片组两端面不平行,从而影响精密仪表的精度或质量。为此,本文提出一种解决此问题的计算方法——最少补偿垫片计算法。在提出采用这种新计算方法的同时,并介绍了补偿垫片合适的安装位置。本文分析了这种计算方法的特点,并分别用一般计算方法及新计算方法举例说明它的计算步骤及分析,比较它的优点。
The use of compensation gaskets to meet some of the technical requirements of the product is a common method used in aviation instruments, appliances, motors. The author analyzes the current actual production, the problem with this method, that is, due to the larger number of compensation shims, resulting in non-parallel gasket surface, thus affecting the accuracy or quality of precision instruments. To this end, this paper presents a calculation method to solve this problem - the least compensation shim calculation. At the same time that the new calculation method is proposed, a suitable installation position of the compensation gasket is introduced. This paper analyzes the characteristics of this calculation method, and uses the general calculation method and the new calculation method to illustrate its calculation steps and analysis respectively, and compares its advantages.
