均速管流量计属节能仪表,近年来发展迅速,对其研究日渐增多。确定均速管流量计的测量点的方法有等截面环法、切比雪夫法和对数直线法3种,作者根据流体在圆管管内流动规律提出了第4种方法,即随机模拟法。具1~6个测量点的随机模拟法均速管流量计,根据圆管内充分发展稳定湍流的流速分布呈指数规律,通过随机模拟算法确定测量点的中心距,平均流速平稳、一致,重复性能好。其他3种均速管流量计,随测量点增加而与之接近。均速管流量计阻力消耗相当于孔板流量计的5%,测量精度的稳定性与测量点的定位密切相关,随机模拟法定位具有一定的实用价值。
Average speed tube flow meter is an energy meter, rapid development in recent years, increasing its research. There are three methods to determine the measurement points of the mean-velocity tube flowmeter, such as the method of equal-area ring method, the Chebyshev method and the logarithmic linear method. The fourth method is proposed based on the fluid flow in the circular tube, namely stochastic simulation. According to the exponential law, the velocity distribution of steady turbulent flow in a circular tube is determined exponentially, and the center distance of measuring point is determined by stochastic simulation algorithm. The mean velocity of flow is steady, consistent and repeatability it is good. The other three kinds of average speed tube flowmeter, with the measurement point increases and close. The average resistance of the flowmeter flow resistance meter is equivalent to 5% of the orifice flowmeter. The stability of the measurement accuracy is closely related to the positioning of the measurement point. The stochastic simulation method has certain practical value.
