企业职工教育是以企业为主体,围绕企业的生产经营活动而展开的。企业职工教育开展得好坏,不仅直接关系到企业劳动生产率和经济效益的提高,而且影响着劳动者整体素质和社会主义现代化建设的进程。因此,在建立社会主义市场经济体制、深化企业改革与建立现代企业制度的过程中,认真研究和切实加强企业职工教育显得尤为重要。
