本文介绍钢纤维硅粉混凝土的试验研究成果,并与普通混凝土和硅粉混凝土进行比较。结果表明,在硅粉混凝土中掺入1%的钢纤维后,与硅粉混凝土比较,抗拉强度提高20%以上、极限拉伸提高10%以上、抗冲能力提高78%。这种混凝土兼有硅粉混凝土和钢纤维混凝土的优点,与普通混凝土比较,既提高了混凝土的抗磨损能力,又提高了混凝土的韧性,抗冲击、抗裂能力也增强了,可适用于水工混凝土有抗冲、耐磨要求的部位及工程修补。
This paper introduces the experimental results of steel fiber silica fume concrete, and compared with ordinary concrete and silica fume concrete. The results show that the tensile strength is increased by more than 20% compared with silica fume concrete when 1% steel fiber is blended into silica fume concrete, the ultimate tensile strength is increased by 10% and the impact resistance is improved by 78%. This kind of concrete combines the advantages of silica fume concrete and steel fiber concrete.
