西线南水北调,规划从长江上游调水入黄河,年调水量200亿m~3。初步分析认为,对长江上游各引水点以下干支流的工农业用水、航运及漂木影响不大,但将减少长江上游规划发电量的10%。且损失的电能主要发生在枯水期。因此,如何使调水后引水点下游枯水径流得以补偿,应在西线调水的规划中加以研究。
The west route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is planned to divert water from the upper reaches of the Yangtze River into the Yellow River with an annual water transfer of 20 billion m 3. Preliminary analysis shows that there is not much impact on the industrial and agricultural water, shipping and drift woods of the tributaries below the diversion points in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, but it will reduce 10% of the planned power generation in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. And the loss of electricity occurs mainly in dry season. Therefore, how to make the downstream runoff downstream of the water diversion point to be compensated should be studied in the planning of water diversion in the west line.
