现阶段,在我国现代房屋建设的施工项目中,经常出现一些技术上的问题,其中包括房建工程混凝于施工技术的问题,这些问题常常不被重视,但是这些问题的存在不仅对建筑工程的质量造成很的影响,同时这些质量通病所引起的隐患逐步显现出来,严重影响项目后期投产的使用功能、质量及使用者安全。而且在一定程度上影响了承建单位的经济效益。因而解决这些存在的问题已成为现代企业发展必要要求。本文主要针对房建工程混凝于施工技术的问题及解决办法进行探讨研究,旨在提高工程在技术上的施工水平并保障工程质量。
