海长矛武器系统是一种密封的超音速远程反潜导弹,由攻击潜艇的鱼雷发射管发射。漂浮式运载器上升到水面之后,前罩分离,火箭发动机点火,把导弹和有效载荷从运载器发射到目标坐标。本文重点介绍了海长矛运载器(一种重量轻、强度高的复合材料压力壳体)的系统设计和舰载应用状况。鉴定了性能、环境和接口要求,并对此进行了分析和比较。对照不同的发射方法、材料和结构几何形状所做的原理性研究,得出了选择复合材料制作运载器的结果。本文比较了每种原理的密封性、浮力、水下推进原理的优缺点,确定了施加在用于保护导弹的运载器上的预定冲击负载,并导出对运载器的要求。另外,本文还阐述了根据运输、操作、潜艇武器的装运以及鱼雷发射等对运载器提出的要求。运载器圆筒材料是一种层状的复合材料,压力容器夹层的表层由长纤维缠绕的石墨—环氧树脂组成,蜂窝状酚醛位于中间,由长纤维缠绕的凯夫拉尔保护层涂复在扁状蜂窝结构上。本文介绍了复合材料运载器用于舰上的可能性。最后还谈到了复合材料运载器在海军工程应用中的优点。海长矛项目已在93年取消,但其运载器的设计思想和技术方案仍有借鉴意义。
The Sea Lance Weapon System is a sealed supersonic long-range anti-submarine missile launched by torpedo tubes that attack submarines. After the floating carrier has risen to the surface of the water, the front hood separates and the rocket engine fires, launching the missile and payload from the carrier to the target coordinates. This article focuses on the system design and carrier-based applications of the Lancet Lighter, a light-weight, high-strength composite pressure shell. The performance, environment and interface requirements were identified and analyzed and compared. In comparison with the principle of different launching methods, materials and structure geometries, the result of choosing composite material to make carrier was obtained. This article compares the advantages and disadvantages of the principles of containment, buoyancy, and underwater propulsion for each principle, determines the predetermined impact load applied to the carrier used to protect the missile, and derives the requirements for the carrier. In addition, this article also describes the requirements for carriers based on transport, operation, submarine weapons shipments and torpedo launches. The carrier cylinder material is a layered composite with the surface of the pressure vessel interlayer consisting of a long filament wound graphite-epoxy resin with honeycomb phenolic in the middle coated with Kevlar protective layers of long fibers On a flat honeycomb structure. This article describes the possibility of composite carriers for use on ships. Finally, it also talked about the advantages of composite material carriers in naval engineering. The sea lance project has been canceled in 1993, but its design concept and technical solution of the carrier still have reference significance.
