师生关系是教育过程中最基本、最主要的关系。人的因素是实现社会发展的根本因素,改革师生这对“教学关系”是关系教育发展的关键。在教育教学活动中,就是要基于关心爱护每个学生,对这种关系进行根本性的改造,充分调动教师和学生两方面的主动性、参与度,全面激发师生内在动力,提高教学效益,促进学生的健康成长和全面发展,办好人民满意的教育。与此相应的学校师生满意度评估,也应在遵守《中小学教师职业道德规范》的框架内,围绕人格平等、内驱上进和情感升华三个维度展开。
