青岛农业大学农学与植物保护学院和中国农科院烟草研究所合作在烟草白粉病研究方面取得进展,研究发现烟草白粉病菌喜高湿,不耐高温,孢子萌发受氮源抑制。该研究采用水琼脂玻片法测定了不同环境和营养因子对烟草白粉病菌Golovinomyces orontii(Castagne)V.P.Heluta分生孢子萌发影响,研究结果显示,分生孢子萌发的最适温度为25℃,致死温度为42℃10min;适宜相对湿度范围为93%~100%;对光照要求
