针对采空区矿柱回采难题,创造性的提出了围堰式袋装充填采矿法。该方法采用袋装充填体充填采空区,为回采工作创造条件并提供作业面,在治理采空区的同时实现矿柱的高效回收。与传统工艺相比,该方法回采安全、高效,贫化损失小,作业环境好,可操作性强。实际应用取得了采场平均生产能力137.2t/d、矿石损失率4.2%、贫化率4.95%的技术指标,采切工程量少,采切比约为1.41m/kt。
In view of the problem of pillar recovery in goaf, a cofferdam bagging mining method was creatively proposed. The method adopts a bag-filling body to fill the goaf, creates conditions for the mining work and provides a working surface, and realizes the efficient recovery of ore pillars while controlling the goaf. Compared with the traditional process, the method is safe, efficient, less depleted, operating environment is good and operability is strong. The practical application has obtained the technical indexes of 137.2t / d average production capacity of stope, 4.2% ore loss rate and 4.95% depletion rate. The cutting workload is small, and the cutting and cutting ratio is about 1.41m / kt.
