论文部分内容阅读
湖北省法院系统首届学术讨论会于1991年8月26日—30日在湖北省通山县九宫山举行。来自全省各级法院的50名理论骨干和武汉部分民法、民诉法专家,教授出席了会议。讨论会共收到论文40余篇。与会人员结合当前审判实践中的新情况、新问题对民法学、民诉法学中的有关问题进行了深入的讨论。论文有一定理论深度,对审判实践有较大的参考价值。现摘要综述如下:
The First Academic Symposium of Court System in Hubei Province Was Held in Jiugong Mountain, Tongshan County, Hubei Province from August 26 to August 30, 1991. 50 theoretical cadres from courts at all levels in the province and some civil law and public litigation law experts and professors in Wuhan attended the meeting. The seminar received a total of more than 40 papers. Participants with the current trial practice of the new situation, the new issue of civil law, civil law jurisprudence related issues in-depth discussion. Papers have a certain depth of theory, the trial of practice have greater reference value. The summary is as follows:
