改善和增强旅游专业教学的技能培养效果,着力提高旅游专业学生在理论实践的基础上的专业技能素质,探寻和践行高校人才培养的新道路、新方法,全面提升高校毕业生的综合素质,是21世纪我国高等教育的发展方向和根本宗旨。本文中,对教学中学生的技能短缺问题进行了讨论,进一步增强了对目前广泛讨论的重点——教学专业技能的理解,阐述了提高教学策略以加强专业技能培养的相关方法,在一定程度上加强了专业技能教学的经验交流,为推动高校专业能力素质的改善提出了新方法、新思路。
