以中华鳖的新鲜精液为实验材料 ,研究鳖类人工授精技术 ;以自然受精作对照 ,研究人工授精对受精率、孵化率以及对子代稚幼鳖生长的影响。结果表明 ,同样体重的人工养殖雄鳖精巢重量、精液量分别是野生雄鳖的 3 32倍和 6 1倍。人工授精的受精率为 79 8% ,自然受精的受精率为 85 6 % ,人工授精受精卵的孵化率为 98 5 % ,与自然受精的孵化率 98 6 %基本一致。人工授精对其子代稚幼鳖的生长无显著影响。
The fresh semen of soft-shelled turtle was used as experimental material to study the artificial insemination technology of turtle. The effects of artificial insemination on fertilization rate, hatching rate and the growth of offspring of juvenile soft-shelled turtle were studied with natural fertilization. The results showed that the same weight of artificial breeding male turtle testis weight, semen volume were 3 and 3 times the male wild turtle and 6 1 times. The fertilization rate of artificial insemination was 79.8%, the fertilization rate of natural fertilization was 85.6%, the hatching rate of artificial fertilized fertilized eggs was 98.5%, which was basically the same as the hatching rate of natural fertilization 98.6%. Artificial insemination had no significant effect on the growth of its offspring.
