教育是一种艺术,更是一种智慧,教师面对不同的孩子如果用千篇一律的教育方法,教育的效果可能会不如人意。教师应分析学生的特点和差异性,灵活地调整自己的教育方法,丰富自己的教育艺术。在平时工作中,教师会经常表扬和批评学生,表扬和批评的意思是正好相反的,但用在学生的教育上,他们却是一对孪生姐妹,难分彼此,而又各自发挥着其独特的魅力。如果教师能把这两个武器巧妙地运用到教学工作中,教育的效果可能会更理想。
Education is an art, but also a kind of wisdom. Teachers face different children with the same method of education, the effect of education may be unsatisfactory. Teachers should analyze the characteristics and differences of students, flexibly adjust their own methods of education, and enrich their educational arts. In normal jobs, teachers often praise and criticize students. The opposite is true of praise and criticism.
