报告应用锇酸-二甲基亚砜-锇酸冷冻割断法(简称ODO法)与苯乙烯树脂包埋组织割断法制备豚鼠内耳扫描电镜样品,并进行了观察比较。结果显示,苯乙烯包埋割断法比ODO法操作更为简便;样品剖面光滑,能够清晰显示内耳组织细胞的内部结构和血管周围间隙,特别适用于微小样品的定向割断。表明苯乙烯包埋割断法是一种较为理想的制备内耳样品的方法。
Report the application of osmium tetroxide - dimethylsulfoxide - osmium tetroxide cryogenic cleavage (ODO method) and styrene resin embedded tissue cutting method guinea pig inner ear scanning electron microscopy samples were observed and compared. The results showed that the styrene-embedded cutting method was more convenient than the ODO method. The smooth section of the sample showed the inner structure of the inner ear tissue cells and the perivascular space, which was especially suitable for the directional cutting of tiny samples. It shows that the styrene entrapment and severing method is an ideal method for preparing the inner ear samples.
