目的:根据国家生育政策调整,了解贵州省产科床位配置、产科服务供给与利用现状,为合理调配产科床位资源提供政策建议。方法:通过问卷调查获取全省产科床位现状资料,采用灰色系统预测模型预测近5年出生人口数,利用卫生服务需求法对产科床位资源配置进行测算。结果:2017—2021年全省及各市(州)现有产科床位总量不能满足服务需求,供需比均小于1。结论:全省产科床位资源总量不足,利用与分布不平衡,应加强基层医疗保健机构产科床位资源的合理配置及高效利用。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of obstetrics and gynecology bedspace allocation and obstetrics service supply and utilization in Guizhou province according to the national fertility policy adjustment and to provide policy suggestions for rational allocation of obstetric bedspace resources. Methods: Obtaining the status quo data of obstetric beds in the province by questionnaire survey, predicting the population of births in recent 5 years by using the gray system predictive model, and calculating the allocation of obstetric bed resources using the method of health service demand. Results: From 2017 to 2021, the total amount of obstetric beds available in the province and each city (state) can not meet the service demand, with the ratio of supply and demand less than one. Conclusion: The total amount of obstetric bed resources in the province is insufficient and its utilization and distribution are not balanced. Therefore, rational allocation and efficient use of obstetric bed resources in primary health care institutions should be strengthened.
