我们学校初中社会政治教研组有专业教师8人,分别来自或毕业于不同的学校,其中5年以下教龄的教师4人,占50%。就这么一支不怎么起眼的队伍,在短短的5年里,有2个教龄不满3年的青年教师分别在省初中政治优质课评比中荣获一、二等奖。教学论文、教学案例、课题研究有多次在省、市获奖或公开发表。连续两年初中毕业生社会政治成绩居市区第一名……是什么原因使他们在短短的5年里取得如此显著的成绩呢?答案是高质量的教研组建设。所以我们说,教学改革和质量提升,从教研组建设开始。
There are 8 professional teachers in our school junior middle school socio-political teaching and research group, each of which comes from or graduates from a different school, and 4 of them are under 5 years old, accounting for 50%. For such an inconspicuous team, in the short span of five years, two young teachers with a teaching age of less than three years won the first and second prize respectively in the provincial junior high school political quality appraisal. Teaching papers, teaching cases, and research projects have won awards or published in the province and city. The two consecutive junior high school graduates ranked first in the urban area for socio-political achievements... What made them achieve such remarkable results in just five years? The answer is the construction of a high-quality teaching and research group. Therefore, we said that teaching reform and quality improvement began with the construction of teaching and research groups.
