随着经济社会的不断发展,烟草企业在整个国民经济中占据越来越重要的地位,中国烟草企业要想能够在这种复杂的社会大环境下获得可持续发展,就要能够拥有一支强有力的企业干部队伍建设作为支撑。烟草企业做好干部队伍建设工作也是保证其在市场经济条件下提升自我核心竞争力的主要措施。本文主要对烟草企业干部队伍建设相关措施进行分析和探讨,从而在市场竞争中获得更大的经济以及社会效益。
With the continuous development of economy and society, tobacco companies occupy an increasingly important position in the entire national economy.
