【案情回放】原告赵某系被告某中心小学在校学生。2008年12月23日上午,该中心小学组织赵某等学生在校园内进行晨跑,学生跑步队形是二人一排,前后各有一名老师带队伴跑。赵某在由北向南跑步通过六年级教室西墙与学校西外墙之间的水泥路面时跌倒受伤。事发后,该中心小学立即通知赵某家人到校将其送至医院治疗,赵某伤情经医院诊断为右肱骨上段骨折。2011年1月11日,赵某诉至法院要求中心小学赔偿医疗费等各项损失。经原告申请,法院依法委托苏北
【Case Replay】 The plaintiff Zhao was a central primary school defendant in the school.
