目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理(FCC)在非重症哮喘患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2013年5月至2015年5月广东省佛山市顺德区龙江镇龙江医院儿科收治的180例非重症哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组患儿给予儿科常规护理,观察组患儿采用FCC方案,比较两组患儿住院时间、住院费用,采用生命质量评价量表、患儿家属心理健康调查问卷、护理满意度调查问卷等方式评价两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组患儿的住院时间明显短于对照组,住院费用明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);出院时,观察组患儿家属存在焦虑和紧张、恐惧和缺乏安全感、怀疑与不信任及其他心理问题的比例均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患儿的生命质量评分及患儿家属对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 FCC可促进儿科护理人员进行科学、有效的护理实践活动,提高患儿康复效果,同时有助于促进护理活动的顺利实施,提高护理工作质量和家属对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the value of family-centered care (FCC) in children with non-severe asthma. Methods A total of 180 non-severe asthmatic children admitted to Longjiang Hospital of Longjiang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into control group and observation group. 90 cases in each group. The children in the control group were given routine pediatric care. The FCC group was used in the observation group. The hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, quality of life assessment scale, mental health questionnaire and nursing satisfaction questionnaire were compared between the two groups Evaluation of two groups of children’s nursing effect. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the hospitalization cost was significantly lower than that of the control group (all P <0.05). At discharge, there were anxiety and anxiety, fear and anxiety in the family members of the observation group Lack of security, skepticism and mistrust and other psychological problems were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the quality of life in children in the observation group scores and family members of children nursing work Satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The FCC can promote pediatric nurses to carry out scientific and effective nursing practice activities to improve the rehabilitation of children, while helping to promote the smooth implementation of nursing activities, improve the quality of nursing work and family members to the satisfaction of nursing.
