科技成果的鉴定工作是科技成果管理的重要内容之一,是科技奖励工作的主要依据,为避免科技成果鉴定中的形式主义,加强科技成果的管理工作,省科委最近发出通知。现摘要如下: 一、各地区、各部门必须加强对科技成果鉴定工作的领导,认真贯彻执行(85)国科发成字982号文《关于加强科技成果管理的通知》和豫科管字(84)第4号文《关于科技成果鉴定的若干规定》。对科技成果必须按照规定标准进行严格的技术鉴定。二、科技成果鉴定一般由下达科研任务的部门负责组织。
