教育理念作为教师实施教育行为的先导,在整个教育活动中起着至关重要的作用。纵观教育理念的发展史,已经过几个世纪的变迁。然而,在我国新教育体制改革的推动下,教育理念的重建成为了历史的又一必然选择。只有不断更新发展教育理念,才能充分发挥出教育理念充当教育事业指挥棒的重要功能。本文意从教育理念概念分析入手,结合现行教育发展的客观需求,尝试提出教育理念在当代教育体制下取得发展的具体方面及相应措施。
As the forerunner of teachers’ implementation of educational activities, educational philosophy plays a crucial role in the entire educational activities. Throughout the history of the development of educational philosophy, has changed over the centuries. However, driven by the reform of the new education system in our country, the reconstruction of educational philosophy has become another inevitable choice of history. Only by continuously updating the concept of development education can we give full play to the concept of education and serve as an important function of the baton of education. This article intends to start with the concept of educational philosophy, combined with the objective needs of the current education, try to put forward the specific aspects of education philosophy and development in the contemporary education system and corresponding measures.
