近年来国内外对幽门螺杆菌(HP)的人群感染情况进行了大量的研究,结果证实HP是慢性胃炎、十二指肠炎和消化性溃疡病的重要病因之一,尤其在胃癌的发病中起到重要作用,世界卫生组织已将HP列为与胃癌发病有关的病原体。为了解邹城市饮食服务行业人群的幽门螺杆菌的感染情况,采用ELISA(酶链吸附测定)法对饮食服务行业查体人员,进行了幽门螺杆菌尿素酶(HPu)抗体的检测,并对结果分析如下。1 对象和方法
