油体属于储藏脂肪的亚细胞单位,它的表面覆盖一层磷脂和油体蛋白,具有非常稳定的结构.文章以红花油体为研究对象,从PBS、NaOH、ddH20.Tricine和Tris-HCl中筛选出最适合红花油体的提取溶剂并且制备了红花油体悬浮液,考察了不同条件下的红花油体悬浮液体外稳定性.结果表明:通过分析红花油体提取率、粒径和电位,确定PBS为红花油体最佳提取溶剂,在提取的过程中对不同料液比进行比较,确定红花油体提取的最佳料液比为1:10.同时,考察了 PH、盐离子浓度、表面活性剂、处理温度对油体体外稳定性的影响,确定了油体在体外稳定存在的pH为8,盐离子浓度为100 mmol/L,咪唑啉阳离子表面活性剂对红花油体悬浮液稳定效果较好,在合适的pH、盐离子浓度和表面活性剂存在的条件下红花油体悬浮液可以在一定时间内保持稳定存在.“,”The oil body is subcellular organelle for storing fat.
