本文介绍模拟试验中轴承表面光洁度和配合间隙与磨损的关系,同时简述了磨损试验和测量方法。试验表明,轴承的磨损随光洁度的提高和间隙的减小而降低,由此得到的磨损规律,可作为轴承设计的依据,并对生产厂提高产品质量具有一定的指导意义。
This article describes the relationship between bearing surface finish and mating clearance and wear in a simulation test, along with a brief description of wear tests and measurement methods. The test shows that the wear of the bearing decreases with the improvement of the finish and the decrease of the clearance. The resulting wear law can be used as the basis of the bearing design and has certain guiding significance for the manufacturer to improve the product quality.
