基于技术生态理论和“涌现”理论,在揭示“涌现”内涵的基础上,阐述了技术系统具有涌现新技术的特性;分析了生境变化和技术间相互作用两种内外作用力对新技术涌现的影响,以及新技术进入技术生态系统后带来的影响和作用结果。最后,以移动通信1G到2G的发展为例,分析总结了新技术涌现的过程。从微观角度对技术生态系统中新技术的涌现过程进行了分析,提出了把握新技术涌现规律和促进技术创新的对策。
Based on the theory of technological ecology and “emergence ”, based on the revelation of the connotation of “emergence ”, this paper expounds the characteristics of emerging technology in technological systems; analyzes the interaction between internal and external forces of habitat change and technology interaction The emerging effects of new technologies and the consequences and effects of new technologies entering the technological ecosystem. Finally, taking the development of mobile communication 1G to 2G as an example, the process of emerging new technologies is analyzed and summarized. From the microscopic point of view, the emergence of new technologies in the technological ecosystem is analyzed, and the countermeasures to grasp the emerging rules of new technologies and promote technological innovation are put forward.
