教学风格是指教师在长期教学实践中逐步形成的富有成效的一贯的教学观点、教学技巧和教学作风的独特结合和表现,是教学艺术个性化的稳定状态标志。教学风格是一顶标志着教学艺术高度成熟的桂冠,是一切教学艺术家刻意追求的最高境界,是教师在教学艺术上成熟的重要标志。教师形成自己教学风格的过程,也是一个创造教学特色、提炼教学思想的过程。
