[目的]测定新分离到的肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus 71)的理化性质,为有效地预防该疾病提供科学依据。[方法]将新分离到的病毒经酸、热、乙醚处理后,接种到人横纹肌肉瘤(RD)细胞上,观察处理前后该病毒毒力活性的变化,分析这些理化因子对EV71的影响。[结果]EV71耐酸、耐乙醚,56℃30min可灭活。[结论]对该病毒污染的环境不应当使用酸度较低及乙醚等消毒液消毒,标本和毒株应低温保存。
[Objective] To determine the physicochemical properties of the newly isolated Enterovirus 71 and provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention of the disease. [Method] The newly isolated virus was treated with acid, heat and ether and then inoculated onto human rhabdomyosarcoma (RD) cells. The changes of virulence of the virus before and after treatment were observed and the effects of these physical and chemical factors on EV71 were analyzed. [Result] EV71 was acid-tolerant and ether-resistant, and inactivated at 56 ℃ for 30min. [Conclusion] The environment polluted by this virus should not be disinfected with low acidity and disinfectant such as diethyl ether, and the specimens and strains should be stored at low temperature.
