当前中职德育课堂教学存在着呆板的教学方法、滞后的教学内容、紧张的师生关系、不佳的教学效果等许多不理想的现状。如何重构课堂,重焕德育课堂魅力?我们可以以职业素养训练阶段、知识探究阶段、分享感悟阶段的三段式教学,重构中职德育的行动教学模式,并从与企业需求对接的课程、便于行动的校本教材、职场化的立体氛围、动态多元的评价方式等方面确保行动教学的实施。
