1.表示刀具质量的因素(指标)不应只限于刀具几何形状的精度、硬度及表面粗糙度(按苏联国标OCT2789—75).2.必须把刀具看作机床——夹具——工具——零件封闭系统的一环,这一环节对切削过程的效率和被加工零件的质量具有同样的影响.3.刀具结构的质量应当首先从其工作载荷下的静态和动态刚性这一观点来评定。

The factors that indicate the quality of the tool (index) should not be limited to the accuracy, hardness and surface roughness of the tool geometry (according to the Soviet Union standard OCT2789-75) .2 The tool must be regarded as a machine tool - Fixture - Tools - Part of a closed system, this part of the cutting process efficiency and the quality of the parts being processed have the same impact .3 The quality of the tool structure should first be assessed from the point of view of static and dynamic stiffness under the working load.
