采用溶剂-非溶剂重结晶方法制备了超细六硝基茋(HNS-Ⅳ),研究了溶解溶剂、非溶剂、洗涤溶剂及干燥方式对HNS-Ⅳ粒径及形貌的影响。采用扫描电镜和激光粒度对HNS-Ⅳ晶体的形貌、粒径进行了分析。结果表明,较适宜的溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶解溶剂,H2O非溶剂,CH3OH洗涤溶剂;较适宜的干燥方式为室温下真空干燥48 h。通过控制温度、溶剂用量、非溶剂用量、表面活性剂用量、干燥方式,可调节产品粒径,得到粒径为0.5~1.0μm,晶貌较好的HNS-Ⅳ粉末。
Ultrafine hexanitrobenzene (HNS-Ⅳ) was prepared by solvent-non-solvent recrystallization. The effects of dissolved solvent, non-solvent, washing solvent and drying method on the particle size and morphology of HNS-Ⅳ were investigated. The morphology and particle size of HNS-Ⅳ crystal were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that the most suitable solvent was N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent, H2O non-solvent and CH3OH solvent. The suitable drying method was vacuum drying at room temperature for 48 h. By controlling the temperature, the amount of the solvent, the amount of the non-solvent, the amount of the surfactant and the drying method, the particle size of the product can be adjusted to obtain a HNS-Ⅳ powder with a particle size of 0.5-1.0 μm and good crystal appearance.
