开发S4A信息技术校本课程可以解决小学信息技术课程中重软件轻硬件、重操作轻应用的问题,是国家课程的拓展与延伸,符合时代及学生终身发展的需求。本文阐述了在项目学习理念指导下开发S4A校本课程的设计理念、框架结构,以及项目学习下,通过学生的主动探究、交流互动、协同合作,如何促进学生的自主发展,培养学生严谨的科学态度和创新意识,提高学生的团体意识及解决问题的能力。S4A信息技术校本课程是培养学生信息素养与应用信息能力的有效方式和途径。
