对于高中生来说,随着教学的开展,其学习难度是递增的。因此,高中学校就会有一些学生因为跟不上课或其他原因沦为了学困生。“学困生”顾名思义,就是指在学习上存在着一定困难的学生,他们有的缺乏学习意识,有的不求上进,有的学习效率极低,这些学生都被列为学困生行列。关于学困生的转化问题一直是困扰着高中教师的难题,基于此,我们对有效转化学困生这个课题进行探究,分析了学困生形成的心理原因,并提出了相应的对策。
