能源是人类赖以生存和发展的基本条件。从法学的角度审视,目前山西省新建建筑物节能取得了一定成绩,但也存在很多问题。在今后的工作中,不仅要继续加强立法,完善建筑节能的法规,而且要进一步提高人们的节能意识,加强建筑节能执法,才可能把新建建筑物节能上升到更高的水平。 Energy is the basic condition for human survival and development. From the perspective of jurisprudence, at present some achievements have been made in energy saving of new buildings in Shanxi Province, but there are also many problems. In future work, not only to continue to strengthen legislation, improve building energy efficiency laws and regulations, but also to further enhance people’s energy-saving awareness and strengthen energy-saving building law enforcement, it is possible to new buildings to a higher level of energy-saving.
