装备备件配置方案是装备综合保障领域需要解决的关键问题之一,提高备件满足率能够相应地提高系统的可用度,从而提高装备的保障度。针对这一问题,文章从装备可用度为出发点,分析了装备可用度与系统备件满足率之间的关系,建立了任意结构系统的备件满足率模型。建立的模型通用性较强,适用于任何结构的复杂系统。综合权衡备件满足率与备件费用之间的关系,采用边际效应方法对备件配置方案进行优化,得到最优的备件配置方案。通过对实例运算结果的分析,证明了所建模型的正确性与合理性。
Equipment spare parts configuration scheme is one of the key issues to be solved in the field of comprehensive equipment support. Increasing the spare parts fulfillment rate can increase the availability of the system accordingly, thereby improving the equipment protection. In response to this problem, the article from the availability of equipment as a starting point, analysis of equipment availability and the relationship between the system spare parts satisfaction rate, the establishment of any structural system spare parts satisfaction rate model. The established model is more versatile and suitable for complex systems of any structure. We comprehensively balance the satisfaction rate of spare parts with the cost of spare parts, optimize the spare parts configuration scheme by using the marginal effect method, and get the optimal spare parts configuration scheme. Through the analysis of the result of the example, the correctness and rationality of the model are proved.
