以空气为气化介质,研究中药废渣在气化反应器中的原位催化气化特性.结果表明:当量比为0.23,气化温度为600-750℃,钴催化剂加入量为添加2%(质量分数)时,气化燃气组分体积分率分别为:H223%、CO 21%、CH44%,产气量为1.537 Nm3/kg.收集洗液GC-MS分析结果表明:洗液中未发现焦油组分;使用前后的催化剂活性组分的X射线衍射(XRD)和表面形貌分析(SEM)分析表明,原位催化裂解后的催化剂上未发现积碳.“,”Using air as the gasification agent,the characteristics of in situ catalytic gasification for Chinese herbal medicine wastes (CHMWs) in gasification reactor were investigated.The results show that when the equivalent ratio is 0.23,gasification temperature changes in the range 600-750 ℃,2% cobalt catalyst (mass ratio) is added,the concentration of gas components (volume ratio) is:23% of H2,21% of CO and 4% of CH4,respectively;gas yield is 1.537 Nm3/kg CHMWs.GC-MS analysis of collected gas lotions shows that there no tar components exist in it.The XRD and SEM analyses results of activity components of fresh and used catalysts show that there is no carbon deposition on catalysts after in situ catalytic cracking.
