为了掌握我市小学生的现时营养状况,我们于1986年5月进行学生健康监测的同时,对广州师大附小等六所小学一、二、三、五年级1978名学生进行现时营养状况调查,现将结果分析报告如下。一、评价标准采用世界卫生组织1982年推荐的“国际儿童营养状况评价标准”,用身高标准体重进行评价。标准体重为100%;同等身高的学生其体重在标准体重90~110%的为现时营养状况良好;<90%为营养不良(分轻度<90%、中度<80%、重度<70%、极重度<60%);>110%为肥胖;>120%为明显肥胖。二、材料与方法身高值使用身高坐高计测量,使用前校正零点。体重值使用杠杆秤,仪器误差为0.1%.受试者光脚,男生穿短裤,光上身,女生穿短裤,短袖内衣或背心。采用1985年广东省中
