旨在运用扫描电镜和血细胞自动分析仪,观察大负荷训练后大鼠红细胞形态和形态学参数的变化和针灸对停训大鼠红细胞形态和形态学参数的促恢复作用。将4周大SD大鼠负荷训练后按完全随机法分为停训组和针灸组。研究发现:停训组停训后7 d大鼠RBC、HGB和HCT值明显回升(P<0.01或P<0.05),RDW值明显降低(P<0.05),MCV、MCH有下降趋势,但无统计学意义(均P>0.05);停训后10 d大鼠RBC、HGB和HCT值进一步回升,MCV和RDW值进一步降低,HCT和RDW值与训练前比较,差异无显著性(均P>0.05);停训后15 d各项指标值与训练前比较,差异无显著性(均P>0.05)。针灸组大鼠停训后7 dRBC、HGB和HCT值显著回升(均P<0.01),MCV、MCH和RDW值明显降低,(P<0.01或P<0.05);与训练前比较,差异均无显著性(均P>0.05)。表明:1)长期大负荷训练停训后大鼠运动性贫血日益改善。运动性贫血的改善与停训后畸形红细胞的减少负相关。2)针灸足三里穴具有明显的促进运动性贫血的改善,使停训大鼠红细胞形态较快地恢复正常,为运动性贫血的快速改善提供了安全、有效的治疗方法。
The aim of this study was to observe the changes of erythrocyte morphology and morphological parameters after heavy-duty training and the recovery effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on morphology and morphological parameters of red blood cells in trained rats by scanning electron microscopy and automatic blood cell analyzer. Four weeks old SD rats were divided into training group and acupuncture group according to a completely randomized method. The study found that the RBC, HGB and HCT values of rats in stop training group rose significantly (P <0.01 or P <0.05), RDW value decreased significantly (P <0.05), MCV and MCH decreased on the 7th day, (P> 0.05). The RBC, HGB and HCT values of rats were further increased 10 days after MCT training, MCV and RDW values were further reduced, HCT and RDW values were not significantly different from those before training (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the 15th day after training and before training (P> 0.05). The levels of RBC, HGB and HCT increased significantly (P <0.01), and the MCV, MCH and RDW values decreased significantly (P <0.01 or P <0.05) in the acupuncture group after 7 days’ Significance (all P> 0.05). It shows that: 1) rat exercise anemia is improved after long-term high-load training. The improvement of exercise anemia was negatively correlated with the decrease of deformity erythrocytes after stopping training. 2) The acupuncture at Zusanli acupoint can obviously improve the sports anemia, restore the erythrocyte morphology of the rats in stop training quickly, and provide a safe and effective treatment for the rapid improvement of sports anemia.
