[摘要] 目的 探讨思维导图健康教育对脑卒中患者出院准备度的影响。 方法 选取2019年5~11月在我科住院的首发脑卒中清醒患者240例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各120例。对照组实施传统的健康教育,观察组采用思维导图式的健康教育。比较两组出院准备度、出院指导质量和护理满意度。 结果 观察组出院准备度总分(193.06±8.01)分,对照组出院准备度总分(135.31±11.13)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院指导质量总分(144.08±10.21)分,高于对照组总分(131.60±13.98)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.00%,对照组护理满意度为81.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 思维导图健康教育能有效提高脑卒中患者的出院准备度、出院指导质量和护理满意度,是有效的可视化健康教育工具。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of mind map health education on the discharge preparedness of patients with stroke. Methods From May to November 2019, 240 sober patients with first-episode stroke who were hospitalized in our department were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional health education, and the observation group was given mind map health education. The discharge preparedness, quality of discharge guidance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total score of discharge preparedness was(193.06±8.01) in the observation group, and the total score of discharge preparedness was(135.31±11.13) in the control group.
