针对某工程车辆轮边传动轴维修过程中,维修人员多、耗费时间长、劳动强度大等问题,提出了三段式轮边传动轴的改进方案,并进行了极限状态干涉分析及静扭转强度试验,最后进行了维修性验证,达到了维修人员减少,耗费时间缩短,劳动强度降低的效果。
Aiming at the problems such as many maintenance personnel, long time-consuming and labor-intensive in the process of repair of wheel axles of an engineering vehicle, an improved scheme of three-stage wheel-flanged transmission shaft was put forward. The ultimate state interference analysis and static torsional strength Test, the final maintenance of the verification, to reduce the maintenance staff, time-consuming, labor-intensive effect.
