中国社会保障学科自产生以来,其发展历史的短暂导致自身发展的不成熟、不完善。它虽然是一门多学科的交叉学科,但学科分支领域分化程度不高。中国学位学制改革也给社会保障带来了很多问题,并间接地影响到社会保障专业硕士生的培养质量。因此,加大社会保障学科经费投入、加强对社会保障专业学生的学业指导和就业指导、增强社会保障专业师资队伍建设、采取若干方面的配套改革等就成为社会保障学科日后发展方向。
Since the birth of China’s social security disciplines, the short history of its development has led to its immaturity and imperfection. Although it is a multidisciplinary interdisciplinary discipline, its degree of differentiation in subject branches is not high. The reform of academic degree in China has also brought many problems to social security and has indirectly affected the training quality of social security majors. Therefore, increasing the funding for social security disciplines, strengthening the academic guidance and employment guidance for social security students, strengthening the construction of social security professionals and employing some aspects of supporting reforms have become the development direction of social security disciplines in the future.
