建立现代企业制度是我国国有企业改革的方向。那么,我国国有企业将要建立一个什么样的企业制度,它与西方现代企业制度相比有哪些特征呢?弄清这个问题,对于建立社会主义现代企业制度是有重要意义的。 人们通常说的现代企业制度实际是西方现代企业制度。西方现代企业制度是在西方市场经济发展过程中经历几百年的理论研究、实证分析和经验总结的产物,许多发达国家的实践已经证明,它是科学的企业制度。其运行的规则及某些方式、手段体现了社会化大生产发展的客观要求,因而具有普遍的适用性。党的十四届三中全会已经明确了国有企业改革的方向——建立与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的现代企业制度。但是,我们还缺少实践经验,这就要求我们学习和借鉴西方现代企业制度的理论与实践,从中汲取有益的成分,同时又必须结合中国的具体国情,建立既与国际惯例接轨又具有中国特色的社会主义现代企业制度。
Establishing a modern enterprise system is the direction of China’s state-owned enterprise reform. Then, what kind of enterprise system will China’s state-owned enterprises have to establish, and what characteristics does it have compared with the western modern enterprise system? Having this issue clear is of great significance to the establishment of a modern socialist enterprise system. It is often said that the modern enterprise system is actually a western modern enterprise system. Western modern enterprise system is the product of hundreds of years of theoretical research, empirical analysis and experience summary in the process of western market economy development. The practice of many developed countries has proved that it is a scientific enterprise system. The rules and certain methods and means of its operation embody the objective requirements for the development of socialized large-scale production, and thus have universal applicability. The Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee has made clear the direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises - establishing a modern enterprise system that is compatible with the socialist market economic system. However, we still lack practical experience. This requires us to learn and draw lessons from the theory and practice of western modern enterprise systems, and draw useful components from them. At the same time, we must combine China’s specific national conditions and establish a connection with international practices and Chinese characteristics. Socialist modern enterprise system.
